LAUREN CHRISTNER

Here is Lauren in our Bad News Babes tee. We just lover her style and I'm sure you will too.
Lauren runs a online vintage boutique where you can find great pieces to compliment your Gypsy, Cowgirl or
Rock N' Roll style. We asked Lauren a couple questions just to get to know her better, read her answers below.
FH: where are you from?
LC: The great state of Texas!

FH: Do you have a website and what is it?
RL: Yes! www.phoenixmoonvintage.com...it is still a work in progress but I am getting there.

FH: Whats your day job?
LC: Currently my day job is fixing up our new house with my husband so we can move in, and of course Phoenix Moon Vintage.

FH: Favorite vintage piece you own?
LC: This is a hard question for me because I am always getting a new 'favorite' piece of vintage. Currently it is a pair of 70s Land Lubber bell bottoms; I have never had a pair of jeans fit me better than those bad boys.

FH: What or who inspires you?
LC: My husband, Stiles always, the 1970s (the styles, the colors, the music- all of it) and old rugged cowboys.

FH: How would you describe your personal style?
LC: My style is always changing I feel but it stays somewhere between these things: a lil bit a gypsy, a lil bit a rock n roll and a lil bit a cowgirl....and a hat with everything.

FH: If you could pick a super power what would it be?
LC: I would love to fly.

FH: What are some of your favorite websites, Magazines or books?
LC: Well, I am seriously addicted to Pinterest so that is probably my favorite website but I also enjoy looking through interior design blogs such as Apartment Therapy and Design Sponge. I am not much of a book reader, but I am trying to be!

FH: Favorite Album or Albums?
LC: Whew, this is a hard one. I love old western music like Waylon Jennings and Hank Williams and I have a serious soft spot for Dolly Parton. I also love Neil Young and Bob Dylan a lot too, but, I think that overall the album I always come back to time and time again, is Rumours by Fleetwood Mac. I could never tire of it!

FH: Favorite car?
LC: Oh, thats easy. A 1970, souped up, shiny black El Camino. Super fast and super loud.

FH: Most likely to run into you where?
LC: Thrift stores, vintage shops and antique malls around town.

FH: If you had to choose one meal to eat everyday?
LC: Hawaiian. Pizza. Every. Day.

FH: Any hidden talents?
LC: I can sing and love playing music. It has always been a huge part of my life and I spend a lot of my time just messing around recording stuff or jamming out with my husband and our friends.

FH: Words to live by?
LC: 'Life is good, ya'll'
